Terms of service.

We value your time, our artistry, and your trust in us. Please review our studio policies carefully before booking. By securing an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a $50 fee per service. $100 cancellation fee for Nano Brow Appointments

Booking & Deposits

  • A $100 deposit per service is required to secure your appointment if you are booking more than one service in a single sitting.

  • This deposit is non-refundable and does not roll over to a new appointment

  • Deposit will go toward your final service total

Touch-Up Policy

  • The 6–8 week touch-up is a crucial part of achieving lasting results. Should this appointment be delayed beyond the recommended window, it will be considered a yearly touch-up and charged accordingly.

  • Additional touch-up sessions, if needed, will be subject to a separate fee.

Yearly Maintenance Appointments

  • Yearly refresh appointments may still require a 6–8 week touch-up, which is priced at $150.

Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our services:

  • All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable.

Guest and Age Policy

  • In accordance with health department regulations and to maintain the integrity of our studio environment, we kindly ask that you do not bring anyone 16 years old or younger to your appointment.

  • Should you arrive with a minor under the age of 17, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a rescheduling fee may apply.

  • Individuals must be at least 16 years old to receive a tattoo, must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the tattoo procedure with ID, and a signed notarized consent form from the Florida Department of Health.

Booking Eligibility

We take pride in creating a serene and respectful environment.

  • Clients who fail to adhere to studio policies may be prohibited from booking future services.
